TEA can assist by conducting a Design Analysis for strength or other specific requirements.
If you can provide an existing 3D design CAD model, TEA can generally import your CAD models into our FEA software from a variety of formats to save time and costs of re-modelling.
TEA is able to offer constructive design suggestions that may be able to improve the strength and endurance of the component, or the efficiency of the manufacturing process. Typical design analysis can be conducted on products ranging from total vehicle chassis, to tow balls.
To validate your Design Analysis, component ratings can be provided along with a supporting Professional Engineering Report and even rating plates where required.
